Gateway Classic Cars Las Vegas is pleased to present for consideration a 1925 Ford Model T Touring Car along with a 2008 Lark Container Trailer as well as period clothing, literature and display items. The Model was produced from 1908-1927 and is powered by a 177ci 2.9l inline 4- cylinder engine that can to run on gasoline, ethanol or kerosene. This was mated up to a two- speed transmission as well as reverse gear.
This Model T was acquired by the current owner in 2005 in Wisconsin and has undergone a restoration. It has had a total of three owners in its lifetime. “It's available in any color as long as its black" as Henry Ford was famous for saying and this example holds true to the mark being bathed in rich black paint. The paint, interior and overall condition is bright and shiny. It starts and runs as it should with electric headlights and gas side lights. The interior and convertible top are in very nice condition with soft vinyl seats as it has always been garaged or kept in its trailer so it was not exposed to the elements.
The Lark trailer is a 2016 Model Enclosed V nose ramp door car hauler with 5200 lbs axles, 15" tires, brakes on both axles, roof vent with plywood walls and side door.
The current owner would transport the car to various functions and parades around the country and decorate it with flowers and flags depending on the event while the passengers would dress in correct period clothing. All clothing used during events is included in the sale and are hanging inside the Lark Trailer including a lovely Ford Drivers Long Jacket. In addition to clothing there is model T advertising, historical, mechanical and period and newer Model t art prints and images as well as service manuals, history and period clothing books. The Lark Trailer is fully enclosed with a ceiling A/C, sink and shelving for clothing and misc items. The trailer is in very good usable condition overall.

General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
