Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This supply is in Good condition on the front.  The top/sides have some "rack rash" type scratches, as well as some light corrosion in a pattern that looks like sweaty skin touched the outside of the case and it wasn't cleaned off quickly enough.
Notes:
This was removed from a decommissioned V4400 system and not tested separately. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
