This part comes from original  equipment manufacturer Surplus/Spare inventory. It is a servo control board for ESI 9250 semiconductor link processing, memory repair system.  We have no way to verify operation on an actual system, but board comes in original anti-static packaging and looks completely new. It was not pulled off from field equipment.
