Lafayette 179A Tube Amplifier

Description

I have available a very rare Lafayette 179A Tube Amplifier.
Functionality has not been tested, so it is being sold as "For parts or not working",
would make a great restoration project!
Manufactured around 1937/1938.
Comes with a full complement of tubes, but they have not been tested.
Appears to be an unmolested original.
That faceplate alone is worth the cost of the unit,
you just don't see this kind of Art Deco look in an amplifier any more.
The dimensions are 10.5" H x 19" W x 10.5" D, so it's 7U rack size.
This is a very heavy unit and shipping is priced accordingly.
