Marantz 8 EL34 Tube Amplifier.

Description

For Sale is a Vintage Marantz 8 tube amplifier. This is Not the 8B but a 8. This amplifier has been in my possession for a few years and I have been using it for the last year everyday. When I purchased it all the PIO signal caps where replaced along with most of the electrolytic caps due too half of the caps had leakage so I decided to do a total recap. The amplifier operates correctly and Sounds Wonderful. Overall the cosmetics are Good with only a few
scratches but the top has some abrasion marks. The person I bought this 8 from put cardboard ontop of the amp and during shipment that cardboard rubbed on the paint. The paint is in certain areas have been rubbed to a matte finish. If you use rubbing compound it will disappear. Also the power cord is starting to Crack and should be replaced in the future.
The El34 tubes are Electroharmonix
This Marantz 8 is being Sold As Is and Working. There is NO Returns on this amplifier or other Vintage Electronics.
