Nordic Ware Cast Aluminum Buche de Noel Stump Cake Mold

Description

Offered for sale is this interesting take by Nordic Ware USA of the French Buche de Noel log cake.  Instead of creating a rolled cake with filling that is decorated with chocolate frosting to resemble a felled log, the baker is invited to create a less complicated cake featuring a tree stump baked in a tube pan.  Apparently there weren't many of these created and it has become quite popular.
The pan holds 10 cups of cake batter.  It is 4-1/2" tall with a width from one irregular side to the other of 10 ".  The rings of the tree are quite detailed as are the bands of bark running around the width of the pan.
This item is from my personal Nordic Ware collection and was only used once with perfect results.  It is being sold in an effort to downsize my treasures.
It is a fun baking pan and will create quite the conversation piece at your next holiday gathering or possibly an arbor day celebration?
