This vintage tube amplifier is in good cosmetic condition along with the original solid wood cabinet.  It was recently purchased from a local estate sale.  The amplifier was tested and is working.  This integrated amplifier did a beautiful job of powering a set of Bose 601 speakers.  I connected an iPod through the auxiliary input and played various styles of music and songs while testing the amplifier controls.  I used Deoxit to clean all of the potentiometers (pots) and all work smoothly without any noise.  The amp has a beautiful open sound with good stereo separation and no background noise.  I did NOT connect or test a phonograph (turntable) or tuner to test the other selectors.  The filter switches are working as are the function, bass, treble, loudness and balance controls.  The loudness "in-out" switch did not seem to make a difference in the sound.  The amplifier is quiet, and did not produce any static or hum in the speakers.  The on/off pilot light is working.  PLEASE NOTE THE LAST PHOTO THAT SHOWS THAT ONE OF THE FOUR 7868 POWER TUBES, THE ONE ON THE RIGHT, IS GLOWING HOTTER AND BRIGHTER THAN THE OTHER THREE.  IT APPEARS DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER THREE AND IS LIKELY A REPLACEMENT.  I RECOMMEND THAT THE AMPLIFIER BE INSPECTED BY A SERVICE PROFESSIONAL.  THIS AMPLIFIER IS BEING SOLD AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OR RETURNS.
This amplifier measures approximately 15 1/4" across, 12 3/4" deep and 5 5/8" high and weighs approximately 28 pounds.  It will be packed with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery.
