You are bidding on a VINTAGE INDUSTRIAL JIFFY AUTOMATIC PACKAGE TAPER METAL TAPE DISPENSER. This cool taper comes with the original tape. And when you remove the lower compartment, there is a felt insert with a chrome cover on it that lifts up and down.  I do not know how it works and if it works properly given its age along with the antique components.   This dispenser is being sold As-IS with no returns. It is heavy and measures approximately 11 1/2" Long X 7" Tall X 4" Wide.This item is sold "AS-IS" and as described.
