Vintage The Fisher 460-A C-33 Stereo Tube Amplifier POWER AMP QUAD 6BQ5 AS IS

PLEASE "READ FULL"" DESCRIPTION BELOW & VIEW ALL PICTURES BEFORE PLACING A BID/BUY ON THIS EXTREMELY NICE VINTAGE "THE FISHER" TUBE AMPLIFIER. Thank you.
Up for your consideration is this extremely nice Vintage "The Fisher" stereo tube power amplifier in great cosmetic condition.  The model number I believe is C-33 Chassis 460-A with a Serial Number of 14471E or 25197E.  I believe this amp was produced in the late 1950's are early 1960's era. The chassis is in great cosmetic condition that is clean with no rust. This amp had been gently removed from a console stereo a while ago. I have taken several pictures so you may get a good view at this wonderful amp.
I am not sure what the output power on this amp was but it sounded fine & performed ok before it was removed from the console but being
in AS IS CONDITION
. The amp still has all the connector intact. This amp uses (4)-6BQ5/EL84 & (2)-7247 tubes.  The electric cord is in good condition.
THIS WAS A WORKING AMP BEFORE IT WAS REMOVED FROM THE CABINET & I JUST NOW TRIED TO POWER IT BACK UP, IT "DOES NOT" POWER UP NOW.
As I stated this AMP ORIGINALLY seemed to be working FINE before it was Removed from the cabinet a while ago but because of it's age & Vintage Electronics I am selling it in AS IS Condition with NO warranty.
This amplifier would make an excellent project amp to build or do whatever?
